too much sugar

Hello my dearest readers! After all this time, my final exams are over. Can you imagine what that means? Free time for myself. That of course inculdes: cupcake baking, shopping and coffee, dinner with friends at lovely restaurants, sleepovers with bffs and the best part...BLOGGING! I missed you all!

So, I woke up today with an urge for some donuts. Too bad they didn't have any, so I had to settle for a french toast. In times like that, I wonder why on earth can't I live in the US?

These are the goodies I got from Lush in Rome. The first two pictures are the bath bombs I got. This heart is Soft Coeur and its a massage bar, it smells delicious. Can't wait to use them all!

Another thing! WE'VE GOT STRAWBERRIES!!! How exciting is that? Finally I can put together my recipes for pies, tarts and cakes that i have been so patiently reading over and over again until we actually had strawberries.

a BIG HELLO! to all the blogworld out there.. I missed you so much and i decided to post my latest news! It's been almost a whole month since my last login that's why it feels so strange to be back! Anyways, I will be posting but not really often. Get ready for a rather long scroll down!

i also attempted to make macarons but failed it so bad. i almost cried.

i took no pictures of that mess. to redeem myself i made some cookies

 I also GOT A WAFFLE MAKER!!! one of the sweetest girls in school bought it for me as a surprise present!

she definitely put a silly smile on my face for the whole day! I had no time to waste so when i got home i immediately put a waffle dough together and made this delicious thing with peach jam and icing sugar!

 last week daddy had his birthday-we took these delicious little cake-like desserts full of whipped cream and syrup (!)

 spring like outfit! there's my new creamy white tights and my new brown satchel bag!

Well, i really had a great time and as i think of it, i don't care if i have to do so much studying when i get to have such great moments with friends and family. Also, in almost 2 months I'm leaving for...ROME!!! I am in a strict shopping budget so that i don't spend my money and keep it for my shopping spree in Italy. I imagine myself wandering around the city in pretty outfits just like Julia Roberts in "Eat, pray, love"!

 ALSO: If you haven't watched the movie "Waitress" yet, you have no excuse. one of my top rated romantic movies!!! totally worth it!
